I had a lovely stay, really enjoyed the charming terrace and the well-presented breakfast options. The room was clean and spacious, although the photos made it look slightly larger.

I stayed here for three nights and loved how easy it was to walk to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar within just a few minutes, allowing me to soak in the beautiful views and history of the area. the hotel also had exceptional staff service who were always welcoming and ready to help, adding a personal touch to my stay.

The room was cleaned excellently, but the shower in the room was always leaking.

The room was on the smaller side but very quiet, even with street views. The bathroom was surprisingly large with a great shower! Overall, it felt clean and comfortable. I appreciated the solid wifi and air conditioning, both worked perfectly. I heard the street cleaner only once during my 6-night stay, which was nice. Definitely a cozy spot to rest after exploring!

The elegant design of Petit Palace Marques Santa Ana, with its glass-topped central atrium and historic Roman arches, made me feel at home. It was very easy for me to navigate the hotel, as everything was conveniently located.

Fantastic location close to all major attractions. The rooftop terrace offers great views. The soundproofing is poor. I heard noise from outside all night.

This place is ideal for family trips with kids! The family suite was fantastic, providing bunk beds for the kids and a comfy area for us. The breakfast was better than expected, and the location is right in the heart of everything. We even enjoyed the rooftop view one evening!

My kids wished for a lock on the bathroom door for privacy. Also, a couple of extra chairs in our room would have been a nice touch.

The staff was very friendly and provided great recommendations for local dining, including tasty sandwiches. However, some amenities like hair conditioner and washcloths weren't provided, and the glass bathroom door might be an adjustment for some. Despite this, the overall cleanliness and quiet atmosphere made for a pleasant experience.

Perfectly located near all the hotspots, it was so handy having a lift for those pesky suitcases. Groceries right around the corner were a lifesaver for our midnight cravings. The welcoming staff made us feel at home instantly!

The parking was tricky. it required some skill to navigate the narrow streets and the elevator parking was a hassle because it was out of service. Overall, a great place with room for improvement in service and amenities.
